Yoga Workshop for Teenagers!
🌟Suitable even if you are a complete beginner !
In this two hour workshop we will learn some very useful techniques to de- stress and decompress the mind and body .
Learning some breathing excercises ,also called pranayama, and some easy meditation and mindfulness techniques which can make an enormous difference to the way we feel when we are under a lot of pressure.
Yoga can help build confidence and also helps us when dealing with issues such as depsession, anxiety and stress .
Come along also if you are just curious about yoga and would like to give it ago and fancy being in a class with people the same age as you !"
