Service Description
This integrative womb healing session offers a deeply nurturing and supportive space for women seeking to reconnect with their womb or energy of the womb (creative source), restore balance, and soften layers of held tension and emotional imprinting. Designed to support women through all stages of life, this work is particularly beneficial for menstrual imbalances, fertility journeys, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, postpartum integration, perimenopause, and menopause. Also it can be very beneficial to any conditions as well as post surgery healing to the pelvic area. Each session is intuitively tailored, gently weaving together Maya Abdominal Therapy, breath, guided awareness, and subtle energy practices to support the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of the womb space. This is a profoundly grounding and restorative experience, inviting safety, embodiment, and a deeper trust in your body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Techniques may include: Maya Abdominal Therapy Womb Reiki Pelvic Steam Breathwork and guided womb awareness Nervous system regulation and trauma-informed holding Chakra alignment and subtle energy work Deep rest practices, including Yoga Nidra Your Session Before this session, it is advised to book a FREE 15 CLARITY CALL in order to discuss your treatment options and develop a tailored session for you. You will also be asked to complete a Health Story Questionnaire prior to your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to settle, ground, and arrive fully. Nearby street parking is available. Kindly inform me in advance of any allergies, particularly nut allergies. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honour the time, energy, and care that goes into each session or class, the following policies apply: Cancellation & No-Show Policy -Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the session fee -Cancellations within 8 hours of your appointment are charged 100% of the session fee -No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the session fee -Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full fee will still apply.
