Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honour the time, energy, and care that goes into each session or class, the following policies apply: Cancellation & No-Show Policy -Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the session fee -Cancellations within 8 hours of your appointment are charged 100% of the session fee -No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the session fee -Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and care reserved for your treatment/session
