Starting Thursday 5th February and taking place every Thursday morning at 10am- 11am All levels are welcome to this gentle and friendly yoga class, held in the stunning Marine Room at the Harbour Hotel, Padstow. Immerse yourself in a nourishing, elemental-inspired practice that flows with the rhythms of nature, all while gazing over Padstow’s picturesque harbour and soaking up its unmistakable Cornish charm. This class invites calm, connection, and restoration, perfect for both locals and visitors seeking a mindful escape. Important Information Booking Essential – spaces are limited, so advance booking is required Bring your own yoga mat Parking: There is no onsite parking, as this is reserved for hotel guests only. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honour the time, energy, and care that goes into each session or class, the following policies apply: Cancellation & No-Show Policy -Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the session fee -Cancellations within 8 hours of your appointment are charged 100% of the session fee -No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the session fee -Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full fee will still apply.
